9 Procedures for Video Creation Project
Discussing key points such as the purpose of video, target audience, scope of the video shoot, storyboard and scenario writing, etc. A quotation will be sent afterwards, and your response will be expected a maximum of two weeks from the time the offer is sent.
Following an agreement, a scanned copy of the signed quotation as well as your official PO shall be provided. The receipt of the quotation sign back and PO marks the beginning of this video creation project.
To support the video creation process, other important information such as company profile brochure, company website, presentation on business/business products, photos, videos etc shall be shared.
Scenario, storyboard, and script based on the outcomes of the kick-off meeting as well as the information/content files received earlier shall be developed and submitted for review. Any revision may be discussed further. This process may take approximately 4 working days and revision of storyboard is only offered twice.
Upon approval of the scenario, storyboard and script, we proceed to video shooting and stock photo taking. In general, the process is executed in 1 working day for 6 hours. If shooting is unable to take place due to unfavorable weather, activities will be carried out on another day.
Selecting back sound music and good video clips/stock photos to be used, merging the video clips and music, add some visual effects/transitions, add subtitles/caption of video (if any) and add Voice Over (if any).
Following the completion of video editing, results are submitted for review. Feedbacks are expected no later than 3 days after submission. We only offer two chances to review the results accordingly. Then, we will proceed to the Phase 1 revision stage, which process may take a maximum of 1 week (7 working days), depending on the number of revision points required.
The revised video results will be submitted for your final review. Feedbacks are expected no later than 3 days after submission. The scope of this final phase review is similar to the process in Phase 1. If necessary, a final edit will be carried out. If no revisions are required, we can finalize the project.
The video has been completed and the result video file has been submitted through file sharing.

– For point of review in point number 7 are :
– For the process at point 7, if there is a request from the client to add/revise video clips that require us to shoot the video again, an additional fee will be charged.
– For the process at point 7, if there is a request from the client to replace the video music back sound as a whole, an additional fee will be charged.
